The role will ideally be suited to someone from a 360 or TA background. Manchester based and hybrid working offered.
The key responsibilities for the Talent Attraction Partner are working as part of a Global People Function, responsible for promoting the talent brand and candidate value proposition, managing vacancies and recruitment operations for specific businesses and functions across the group. The role involves building candidate pipelines and ensuring a fantastic candidate experience, acting as brand ambassador, effective stakeholder management, market mapping, applicant tracking and managing an efficient end-to-end recruitment process. The role is based in Manchester and offers hybrid working.
The successful candidate will have/be:
- previous experience in a 360 or Talent Attraction role
- proven experience managing multiple vacancies and project delivery
- excellent communication skills both written and verbal
- ability to work under pressure and to tight deadlines
- ability to build strong relationships with key stakeholders
- knowledge of various channels for candidate attraction
Our client offers £28-30K basic salary, uncapped commission (OTE £40K+), excellent benefits and opportunities across the group.
