The role will ideally be suited to someone from a 360 or TA background, and involves line management responsibilities and great opportunities for training and progression. The key responsibilities for the Senior Talent Attraction Partner are working strategically with the senior leadership team, understanding talent requirements, applying recruitment market led insights and resourcing expertise to attract talent. The role involves the effective use of existing networks, building candidate pipelines and ensuring a fantastic candidate experience, acting as brand ambassador and developing commercial awareness of the industry's recruitment market, effective stakeholder management, market mapping, applicant tracking and managing an efficient end-to-end recruitment process. The role is based in Manchester and offers hybrid working.
The successful candidate will have/be:
- previous experience in a 360 or Talent Acquisition role
- excellent communication skills both written and verbal
- confident in their ability to build strong relationships and manage senior stakeholders
- strong experience in behavioural/competency based screening
- ability to work under pressure and to tight deadlines
- willingness to lead by example and manage direct reports
- eagerness to develop/further their career within recruitment
Our client offers £35K, uncapped commission at OTE £50K+, excellent benefits and training opportunities, hybrid working
