The Opportunity
A commercially focused UK charity is currently recruiting for a People Systems Data Lead
People Systems Data Lead - 12 month FTC - Oracle
Can be based anywhere in the UK, remote working available
Will allocate office as close to them as possible.
If the candidate is in London the salary is up to £35.000 + 3,500 London Weighting
For anywhere else in the UK the salary is up to £33.000 plus benefits
This will have two direct reports

The Detail
This role will be the first point of contact and be responsible for all remediation and reconciliation work within the People System Oracle.
Provide more formal signposting of users to other non-Oracle related support services, e.g. for an IT infrastructure issue, or a business payroll or procurement issue.
Make any structural or configuration changes required to the People System - Oracle as a result of change programmes or any remediation work identified.
Be responsible for administration in the system including work structures (jobs, positions, work patterns, checklists.
System set-up and maintenance tasks
Coach, support and guide the Systems Administrator team.

Criteria
Relevant experience to match the brief
Experience in a similar Oracle admin role or similar with another system
Experience in a systems data role using
Strong attention to detail, including relating to escalation.
Strong communication skills across a wide user base.
