A unique global Financial Services business are now looking for a Resourcing Executive (Contingent Workers) to join its small and dynamic Talent Acquisition Team. The role will have a global remit, report directly into the Resourcing Director, be responsible for contractor hires within Corporate Functions and have an autonomous nature.
The role will be a SME for contractor hires globally. These hires are high touch (not volume heavy) and require bespoke, complex offers and an understanding of different regulations in differing countries. The successful candidate will work closely and in partnership with the business for their hiring needs ensuring that the best talent is acquired within time frames, providing a seamless end to end service for both client and candidate.
We are looking for dynamic individuals that can operate autonomously. Inhouse Financial Services recruitment experience is essential as is previous experience of working with contingent/contractor workers.
