The position of HR Business Partner will involve:
- Building and maintaining strong relationships across the business
- Having responsibilities for all HR activities across the UK and some other global regions
- Overseeing various projects from a people perspective
- Introducing the new apprenticeship program
- Driving the L&D agenda
- Generalist HR
Profile
The ideal candidate for the position of HR Business Partner will:
- Have strong generalist experience from a matrix background
- Be CIPD qualified with a relevant degree
- Be an excellent communicator at all levels
- Have had some exposure to working internationally
- Have strong knowledge of HRIS
