The international market-leader in its field, my client is on an exciting fast-paced high-growth journey and now require a Reward and Benefits Manager to support this growth. As Reward and Benefits Manager, you role will be to support the group remuneration, reward and benefits strategy and ensure this is implemented to meet the needs of local operations across the business.

You will be part of a small HR team based in Central London. The team is currently working remotely but will return to the office in a hybrid remote/office arrangement next year.

Your duties will include:
-Review of remuneration policies to attract, incentivise and retain high calibre talent globally
-Management of director compensation
-Management of the group wide annual pay and bonus reviews
-Salary benchmarking for all group central support roles
-Management of the Group benefits schemes (life insurance, UK healthcare, pension)
-Management of employment tax reporting to HMRC, including PAYE, P11d, share schemes, STBV reporting

Ideally your CV will demonstrate a strong reward & benefits background, and experience in multi-country/global reward and benefits policies and procedures. You should enjoy working within a fast-paced, complex, dynamic environment.

Salary for this role is to £60,000 per annum plus a bonus and benefits.
