I am working with a Global Private Equity firm in recruiting for a Reward Specialist to join them on an 8 week contract to lead year end and the salary review process.
This Reward Specialist role will involve leading the salary and bonus review process, gender pay gap and compensation reporting. They are looking for an experienced Reward professional with experience of leading salary and bonus review processes. You will be comfortable working at pace and being business facing. Any experience with carried interest schemes or deferred share schemes would also be advantageous.
This will be predominantly homeworking with some travel into their Central London offices and is an inside of IR35 role.
