RPO / MSP Senior Recruitment Partner - Private Equity Global Investment Film
Your new company
My client, an RPO / MSP business, is seeking an experienced Senior Recruitment Partner to join the team for one of the clients of a top Private Equity Global Investment firm.
Your role
As a Recruitment Partner you will be the face of the account and will therefore drive the recruitment process for a diverse range of roles using the MSP/RPO model. You will partner with the client to ensure quality and timely candidate delivery by providing feedback and quality control on submissions from external suppliers. You'll manage the recruitment process in accordance with current legislation, advising the business on recruitment best practice, market updates and work as part of a dynamic remote team structure. You will be responsible for ensuring that an effective and cost-efficient service is delivered. You will work closely with stakeholders using data and insights to show how we can reduce costs and time to fill roles.
What you'll need to succeed
You will have a proven track record within recruitment ideally with a financial services industry background. You have experience working in a fast-paced environment whilst still offering exceptional client service. This role will form part of a small team, so you must be comfortable working autonomously.
