An exciting opportunity has arisen as my client is seeking a professional HR Recruitment Co-Ordinator to join their team on a permanent basis.
You will be working from a brand new state of the art building based in Liverpool City Centre. The organisation are striving to become a world class learning and assessment centre and to be a beacon of academic excellence and leadership.
Your new role
As the HR & Recruitment Coordinator, you'll be working to support a busy HR team focusing on recruitment.
You'll be an integral part of the HR team leading on recruitment operations including running cost effective recruitment campaigns, advising managers on recruitment best practice and looking to continuously improve the organisations processes.
You will work closely with the Senior HR Business Partner to deliver the recruitment strategy and build relationships with key internal and external stakeholders.
You will support in delivering all recruitment related administration. You will need to be able to manage competing priorities, respond positively to changing demands and have the ability to work under pressure.
Some of your duties will include but not limited to
Working alongside HR Business partners to advise and support on all recruited related activities
Advise on recruitment best practice, advertisement and candidate sourcing (including the use of direct sourcing and recruitment agency sourcing) to meet business needs.
Consistently review recruitment processes and procedures to increase efficiency and ensure they are fit for purpose.
Developing and measuring the success of the recruitment campaigns using analytics (including, but not limited to: time to hire, all aspects of equality & diversity monitoring & cost of hire).
Create recruitment campaigns which attract a diverse pool of candidates, finding new cost-effective sourcing avenues.
Support hiring managers define the roles they are hiring for, look at salary benchmarking and manage the creation of job descriptions and hiring team documents.
Prepare and support hiring managers with interviewing from the creation of questions and assessments to improving interviewing skills.
Deal with recruitment queries efficiently and quickly, escalating to senior HR Business Partner as necessary
Lead on recruitment related projects and initiatives, such a new apprenticeships and non-payroll workers
Champion diversity and inclusion supporting all recruitment activities, keep abreast of best practice and advise on this matter
Supporting the other parts of the HR team with general HR administration across the whole employee lifecycle, including booking meetings, payroll administration taking notes in formal hearings and conducting exit interviews
What you'll need to succeed
CIPD qualified to Level 5 or equivalent relevant experience and the ability to demonstrate the level of skills and knowledge required for the role
Awareness of recruitment assessments and best practice in this area
Working knowledge of employment law and best practice
Working in a fast-paced environment and taking a proactive approach to work
Excellent working knowledge of MS Office applications
Providing a high level of customer service to internal clients and ability to build rapport quickly across all levels of the organisation
Ability to prioritise your own workload and completing tasks with a high level of accuracy
Strong administrative skills, high attention to detail, able to work under pressure effectively and work flexibly responding to changing demands and priorities
Ability to maintain confidentiality and act with discretion and diplomacy
Responding to customer feedback and driving an agenda of positive improvement
