Talent Acquisition

Engaging and collaborating with team leaders to discuss hiring needs

You'll manage the full recruitment process including:

Sourcing great candidates using a variety of methods including direct and agency

Screening candidate applications and holding initial interviews to check candidates' suitability.

Managing the interview process; making sure everything runs smoothly, ensuring apositive candidate experience, and collating feedback from candidates and interviewers

Managing offer stages and contracts

Overseeing and coordinating the onboarding of new joiners

Building and nurturing a flow of potential future hires

Managing relationships and negotiating terms with suppliers including hiring platforms andrecruitment agencies

Talent Management

Managing the Learning and Development at group, team and individual levels

Managing performance management and employee review processes.

Focusing on employee engagement and wellbeing, running quarterly review groups, and devising and implementing initiatives for improvement.

Managing the various HR and wellbeing tools used.
