HR Services Advisor | Manchester | £27,500 - £28,500 | 12-month FTC (permanent opportunity) | Hybrid

Your Company

A leading global manufacturing company are currently seeking an experienced HR professional, to join their growing organisation, on a 12-month FTC, with the opportunity to become a permanent member of staff.

The successful candidate must speak both Dutch and English fluently.

Your New Role

As HR Services Advisor, you will be the first point of contact for assigned client groups, within different EU countries. The HR Service Advisor acts with considerable independence, discretion, judgement and initiative in providing timely and accurate information and advice on policies, procedures, administrative and operational issues and collective agreements.

Within your new role, you will be designated certain EU countries to support. You will be the first point of contact for stakeholders, across each of those countries. You will also work closely with other counterparts in other offices around the world, creating a link between HR coordinators and stakeholders.

It is key that as well as having strong HR experience, you have a good attitude and possess the ability to learn at pace. My client's organisation has recently won a huge contract and are requiring support as soon as possible. There is a customer service element to the role and there will also be a yearly KPI target, so the successful candidate must be a driven, proactive individual. The training at my client's organisation is excellent. Feedback and collaboration is a huge part of the role, so it is essential that the successful candidate is open to constructive criticism and is keen to learn and improve at all times.

What You'll Need

  • Fluent in both Dutch and English
  • HR Experience
  • Experience with HR system WorkDay or a ticketing system (not essential but ideal)
  • Excellent attention to detail whilst working in a fast-paced environment
  • Stakeholder management skills
  • Ability to work to tight deadlines
  • CIPD or degree
