HR Administrators job based in Coven

Your new company
You will be working for an exciting and rapidly expanding business that is currently going through a large scale project to increase their workforce by around 100 extra staff members.

Your new role
You will be working at one of their satellite sites dealing with the recruitment administration this will include, arranging interviews, sending out offers, doing checks. This is a great opportunity to really launch your HR career and as it is a stand alone position it will give you exposure to a number of different areas.

What you'll need to succeed
Ideally you will have previous HR administration experience and have or studying towards a HR qualification. You must be able to multitask and some experience assisting in recruitment is a distinct advantage

What you'll get in return
Initially the role is for three months but as they are growing and expanding there could be an opportunity for this to go longer. They will enable you to have great HR exposure and will certainly be a spring board to develop your career
