The successful EiC Resourcing Advisor will be responsible for:

• End-to-end recruitment for early in careers for
• Partnering with the business area and ensuring a high understanding of the EiC recruitment strategy
• Building strong relationships with stakeholders
• Recruitment assessment days- both virtual and in person

Profile

The successful EiC Resourcing Advisor will have previously:

• Has experience in high volume early careers recruitment
• Confident in speaking with and challenging stakeholders
• Worked in professional service or partner environment previously would be desirable
• Highly organised and able to communicate professionally
