Your new role
Due to a relocator out of the Lincolnshire area, my client is looking to recruit an experienced Learning & Development Advisor into their team.
The world of L&D has changed drastically since the pandemic / Covid 19 and this business has adapted quickly and embraced new and blended learning interventions.
Specifically you will:
Carry out learning needs analysis and design bespoke training using blended learning approaches, working with each business area to achieve this
Coaching colleagues to help develop their full potential and meet their learning needs
L&D delivery - virtually/online and classroom/workshop based
Design and deliver effective learning and development initiatives to maximise the potential and contribution of all our colleagues
Support the business in learning, developing and coaching in order to meet the individual business requirements
Maintain accurate records to support annual reporting and for the provision of management information for the wider business
Deliver and access externally accredited qualifications such as Institute of Leadership and Management qualifications
Project work to continually improve the L&D offering for the business and its employees

What you'll need to succeed
The successful applicant will be an experienced L&D Advisor - with experience in fast paced changing environments.
Have experience of digital solutions within a learning and development environment - developing both eLearning material, classroom based material and LMS experience.
Experience of managing and delivering Management Development programmes.
Driving Licence essential - travel involved in the region
