Our Healthcare client is recruiting a HR Advisor to join 1 other HR professional at their site in the centre of Hove.
Your new role
As a HR Advisor you will support the business with advice and guidance, providing expert HR Advice, coaching and mentoring to colleagues and line managers, as well as improving managers' confidence to deal with day-to-day first line HR queries.
What you'll need to succeed
You must have a minimum of CIPD level 3, with proven experience as a HR Advisor or similar HR role. You must have knowledge of HR functions and systems such as pay&benefits, recruitment, training etc and the understanding of employment laws and disciplinary/grievance procedures.
What you'll get in return
In return you will receive a salary of £27,000-£34,000 (depending on experience) plus 35 days holidays, pension, private medical insurance and life assurance.
