Oakleaf Partnership are currently working with a Global Media Business based in Central London to secure two new Talent Acquisition Partner's due to growth. This role will sit on the Media side of the business.

One role will be Focused on Poland so will need to be fluent in Polish, whilst the other will be recruiting within the UK.

This is a superb opportunity for an established In house/RPO Recruiter to join one of the fastest growing Media Brands across the Globe.

You will be reporting to the Head of Talent, working alongside another 11 TA Partner's to build upon the media, design and product team headcount. Roles to be recruited include: PPC/Paid Search, Paid Social, Programmatic, SEO, Creative (UX/Design), Digital delivery, Strategy and Planning, Tech and IT.

As well as day to day Recruitment, you will also get involved in a variety of ongoing projects.
Due to popular demand and ambitious growth plans, each TA are currently managing c.20 jobs at present. You will need to have had experience managing the same workload with the ability to prioritise effectively. In house or RPO experience is a must, as is strong stakeholder management and strategic experience.
