I am currently working with a Global Law firm for a Recruitment Business Partner responsible for the recruitment of fee earning roles. This role will play a vital role in shaping the operations and recruitment strategy.
You will be responsible for facilitating a 'best in class' recruitment experience for candidates and internal stakeholders.
*Be a true subject matter expert in talent acquisition and a trusted advisor to the business
*As a Recruitment Business Partner, you will manage the full recruitment life cycle taking a candidate through from identification, assessment, offer, to onboarding and integration
*Acting as a facilitator of the selection and assessment approach, driving consistency and quality throughout our client's internal and external processes
*Experience recruiting previous fee earning roles
*Happy to consider in-house or previous agency experience
*A successful record of implementing recruitment best practice, initiatives and project
*Highly skilled at building relationships with internal stakeholders
