ER Manager

Great opportunity for an experienced Senior ER Manager to join this very fast paced, growing retail business.

Reporting into the Head of People & Culture and managing a team of experienced ER Consultants you will oversee and manage all the employee relations activities across the UK stores.

Duties will include but not limited to:

Provide accurate and timely advice at all levels of the business on complex employee relations issues

Coach and support senior managers in all aspects when dealing with high profile cases on all employee relations issues

Assess the business risk on complex cases and dismissals

Liaise with external legal providers and key stakeholders in any employment tribunal claims in order to build a case strategy and achieve the most beneficial outcome for the business, attend employment tribunals to coach and support key witnesses and represent the business

Monitor trends in employment practice/legislation and advise on appropriate proactive action .Review and amend policies and procedures to reflect any legislation changes and / or best practice.

The right candidate will have a strong track record in Employee Relations gained within a fast moving, multi-site organisation have previous team management experience and can demonstrate practical experience in managing and overseeing complex ER cases.
