My client are a large, established organisation and a leader in their field within the financial services sector.
Your new role
As an Internal Recruiter, you will join the business on a 6 Month FTC reporting to a Recruitment Manager, alongside a team of 3 x colleagues. This role offers fully remote working (only 1 day in the Eastleigh office / month) and has the potential to become permanent beyond this time.
This position is required to cover an internal secondment that will go on maternity leave soon as well as a recent uplift in roles being recruited within the team. This role is 90% recruitment of positions at all levels of the business from claim handlers / customer advisors through to managers, but has the added variety of 10% focused on projects (careers page, interview guides, chatbots etc).
Other key elements of the role include:
- Conducting telephone interviews
- Working closely with Line Managers
- Manage recruitment to offer stage
- Contact Top 20 candidates
- Utilise various methods inc: LinkedIn searches and AI sourcing.
What you'll need to succeed
You must be a resilient, experienced recruitment / talent acquisition professional who has ideally worked in a financial services / white collar environment or similar. You should be able to be given a task or project and be confident enough to run with it.
Due to the urgent nature of the role, it will be an advantage if you are immediately available or on a short notice period and able to start by 1st November (4 weeks maximum).
What you'll get in return
A competitive salary between £27,000-£30,000 FTE (pro-rata'd to a 6 Month FTC), fully remote working, 24 days +BH's (plus buy / sell 10 days) and pension matched 3% employee / 6% employer.
