Global Mobility Specialist

We are partnered with a fast-growing scale-up FinTech organisation on a Global Mobility Specialist role. This role will support the business through a period of rapid growth, helping them to move talent through their global locations.

Reporting to the People Operations Lead, the role supports one of the most pivotal areas within the organisation.

This role will suit a candidate who is keen to set-up and lead their own Global Mobility function. As a trusted expert in this space, you will have ownership for all processes and will lead on the build-out of this area within the business.

Key requirements:

  • Proven experience of managing global mobility and immigration, with experience of covering markets in America being a big advantage.
  • Demonstrable experience of managing immigration processes
  • Significant knowledge of global mobility to be able to build and shape a function
  • An openness to learn and grow with a scaling organisation
  • Excellent communication skills to be able to partner with ex-Co.
