Job Details
A leading global real estate firm are recruiting for a Senior Recruitment Advisor to support on their Executive and Leadership hirings. Reporting into the Global Head of Talent Acquisition, you will be responsible for (but not limited to):
- Sourcing for high calibre candidates and creating strong pipelines via networking, research and direct sourcing on various platforms
- Providing a high-level candidate experience whilst supporting the firm's diversity and inclusion initiatives
- Working with the Global Head of Talent Acquisition to understand specific role requirements
- Acting as candidate liaison throughout the hiring process
- Developing strong internal relationships across wider TA team
As Senior Recruitment Advisor, you will possess:
- Track record of sourcing for senior/executive level candidates
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
- Track record of effectively interacting with leadership/executive level profiles
- Ability to source, network and headhunt in high growth markets
