Job Details

Purpose of Role and Key Responsibilites:

  • Support of the annual compensation review
  • Leading the market data analysis/salary survey/benchmarking to identify market trends
  • Leading the annual award cycle for deferred compensation schemes
  • Produce compensation data including gender pay reporting
  • Management of Compensation Scheme, Share Awards
  • Management of external stakeholders and suppliers

Experience Required:

  • Deferred Compensation experience in a global role is preferred
