The successful candidate will support the Total Reward and HR team in Europe with remuneration regulation requirements of the PRA/FCA & the EBA and internal policies and procedures.

Key Responibilities of the Role:

  • Build key internal stakeholder relationships
  • Manage annual remuneration and governance compliance
  • Support Remuneration Committees and Boards on remuneration planning and MRT
  • Assist in preperation of remuneration-related regulatory reports and filings
  • Support teams on regulatory mapping

· Essential Requirements

  • Substantial financial industry experience in remuneration-related policy, governance and compliance
