A diverse and inclusive global bank is looking for an HR Services Manager. Working in a colaborative team, you will be responsible for delivering support and advice to all employees and ensuring you have the governance in place to ensure legal, regulatory and internal compliance to the bank's internal policies. Utilising your excellent relationship building and stakeholder management skills, you will provide timely customer service adhering to service levels and ensuring that HR Shared Services are meeting the needs of the business.

Salary: £75000 to £85000

Accountabilities

  • Managing the team and day to day activities as well as establishing KPI's and metrics in line with HR goals and business objectives
  • Identifying and managing risks and issues associated with HR Service delivery and put in place plans to mitigate this
  • Building and maintaining stakeholder relationships
  • Dealing with escalated issues to ensure a successful resolution and promoting effective client relationship management
  • Responsibility for Vendor Management and third party providers
  • Ensuring compliance of statutory requirements for all processes and procedures are accurately documented
  • Responsibility for benefits administration and reporting and managing the Right to Work regulations in conjunction with Third Party providers
  • Working closely with the Director to oversee or lead projects across HR including projects to enhance efficiency, effectiveness and global consistency.
  • Reviewing and championing continuous improvement

Skills and experience

  • You must have previous experience as a Head of HR Shared Services within Banking or Financial Services
  • Demonstrate a strong understanding of FCA rules and regulatory requirements
  • Demonstrate experience of delivering employee engagement, organisation development and change
  • Ability to deliver results in a changing environment
  • You will be customer focused and have strong influencing and stakeholder management skills
  • Excellent analytical skills with the ability to provide insights
  • Strong IT skills
