As the Senior ER Manager you will have extensive ER/IR experience and have previous experience working with Trade Unions in a senior position. You will provide specialist advice on employment practices and employee consultation approaches. You will be accountable for developing and managing the implementation of the Employee Relations plans and managing key stakeholders in line with the direction of the ER strategy.
As the Senior ER Manager your will be able to:
- Deal with employee representatives and work in a unionised environment
- Implementing significant change programmes in a unionised environment
- Have excellent senior stakeholder management, able to influence positively across all key stakeholders and achieve business impact
- Experience of dealing with complexity and a track record of articulating a clear vision for the function, implementing the wider business strategy and functional goals.
Competitive salary of between £70,000 + car allowance + bonus + excellent benefits package.
