Senior People and Culture Consultant

Oakleaf are proud to be partnering with a global matrix company in their search for a People and Culture Consultant to join their People and Culture team. The company is a global giant head quartered in London and listed in the FTSE 100.

The company is going through an exciting transition and as part of this they are adopting a consultancy approach to their HR delivery. They are keen to consider applications from outstanding HR professionals with strong CV's who have worked for a consultancy before or has worked with a consultancy approach to HR, and understands agile ways or working.

Successful candidates will work across a variety of business areas delivering projects, as opposed to being embedded in one particular business or team.

They will have the following experience:

• At least 10 years HR experience
• Proven capability in strategic talent management, ER, change management, and organisational development
• Strong leadership capability with the ability to build capability, coach and drive performance
• Experience of effective strategic partnering and executive level coaching
• Demonstrated ability to apply business acumen and link value to business results
