Oakleaf is proud to be partnering with a global matrix company in their search for a People and Culture Consultant to join their People and Culture team. The company is a global giant, head quartered in London, and listed on the FTSE 100.

The company is going through an exciting transition and as part of this they are adopting a consultancy approach to their HR delivery. Our client is keen to consider applications from outstanding HR professionals with strong CV's who have worked for a consultancy before or who have worked with a consultancy approach to HR. They are also very open to considering CV's from outstanding candidates who are from a management consultancy background who may not have HR experience but do have expert consultancy skills and understand agile ways or working.

Successful candidates will work across a variety of business areas delivering projects, as opposed to being embedded in one particular business or team. Candidates should have at least 5 years HR or consultancy experience, with a strong CV that demonstrates progression and success.
