Location: Manchester/Remote working

Reporting in to the Head of Talent Acquisition this is a great time to join the internal recruitment team as they grow considerable due to investment in a comprehensive people function. Long term career development will be available.

As Recruitment Specialist your role will focus on attracting and securing the best talent in the Northwest to fulfil and sustain the growth curve the business currently find themselves on.
The role will ask you to:
* Proactively create talent pipelines through cost-effective direct sourcing channels
* Explore new tools and innovations to keep one step ahead in the search for great talent
* Coordinate and organise a full recruitment lifecycle whilst coaching and guiding managers accordingly
* Keep candidates engaged and updated - provide real and constructive feedback
* Create a great experience for all candidates from application through to outcome
* Drive improvements to the process and introduce new initiatives
* Produce meaningful data to monitor success, trends, progress & ROI
* Build the brand - work with the business and marketing to create compelling attraction and engagement messages
* Use social media channels to maximise networking opportunities
We are looking to find a Recruitment expert who can demonstrate:
* Experience sourcing roles within Finance, Marketing, HR, Legal, Account Management in an agency or in-house TA team
* Expert user of LinkedIn Recruiter and other similar sourcing/CRM tools
* Extremely tech-savvy with exposure to applicant tracking systems, social media, and networking tools
* Excellent networker and relationship builder
* Thrives working in a challenging and rapidly changing environment
* Team player with a flexible approach
* Exposure to assessment tools i.e. competency-based interviewing, psychometrics, etc.
* A sense of fun
