Resourcing Business Partner - Technology
Recruitment Role
Our technology client is looking for a Resourcing Business Partner (Technology) to join their team for an initial 6-month period in London:
- Asap start
- 6 months, potential extension
- Proven technology recruitment experience
- Previous EMEA experience preferred
- Experience in recruiting senior/director roles
- Must have clear information of the tech market
- £400/450 daily inside IR35
The role:
You will be a part of the market leading digital transformational programme pivoting the businesses future success. You will be responsible for volume recruitment roles hiring into the UK and Germany. You will hire across software engineering including backend and Python and Java running at circa 30 vacancies at any given time.
The successful candidate:
You need previous experience in technology recruitment gained in a deep technology environment along with a strong, up to date understanding of the market. You will need to be experienced in working with data and have proven examples of this. You will ideally have experience with Java and NodeJS as these are the client's tech stacks. You will need to be able to demonstrate a strong track record in technology hiring and you will have strong stakeholder management and be able to influence and engage senior stakeholders. You will need to have previous experience in using LinkedIn as a mode of tech sourcing. Clear understanding of GitHub, Stackoverflow and x-ray searching is also desirable.
