Oakleaf is proud to be partnering with a scaling business in their search for a tech recruiter to join their team. Currently the role is remote but the head office is in the City. This role is for specialist tech recruiters with in-house recruitment experience only.
Our client is look for a specialist tech recruiter who can:
* Define the most effective ways of sourcing to attract the best engineering talent globally
* Build long term relationships with talented people and manage them through a seamless end to end recruitment process
* Provide an outstanding candidate experience at all stages of the hiring process, even when candidates are unsuccessful
* Use data to identify bottlenecks and proactively make hiring processes better
* Partner with our hiring managers to support them through their hiring initiatives including on-boarding, talent mapping and salary bench-marking
* Proactively look for opportunities to leverage technology to improve recruitment efficiency and quality
