A global financial services organisation is looking to bring in a HR Lead Consultant to lead on a number of key change projects across the business, with a focus on overall improvement.
The Lead Consultant will work alongside two others and oversee a team of 20, providing motivation, guidance and support across global portfolios. Naturally driven and curious, this person will have significant experience consulting for international firms and managing HR/consulting teams.
With a real focus on innovation, leadership and delivery, the HR Lead Consultant will liaise with key stakeholders across several regions aiming to drive projects to a successful conclusion.
As well as overseeing several key change projects, the Lead Consultant will also drive BAU activity and be able to effectively coach and mentor others.

Supporting the design and delivery of global and local people strategy.
Achieving a balance between organisational need, employee need, customer need and the HR teams' ability to deliver the change.
Developing strong relationships with HR colleagues locally and globally.
