Payroll Operations Manager - up to 55K + Benefits - London - Permanent

My client is a growing and ambitious Medical company who have a strong focus within the mental health space.

They are in search of a Payroll Operations Manager on a permanent basis with a focus on UK/US outsourced payroll along with one direct report, overseeing the benefits offering, involvement in HR projects and knowledge of payroll implementation.

Currently they are in pursuit of a Payroll Operations Manager on a Permanent basis reporting into the Chief People Officer overseeing such duties as -
- Overseeing UK/US Payroll
- Overseeing the benefits offering
- Involvement with HR Projects

To be considered successful for this role, you will need to have had experience of:
- Managing an outsourced UK/US Payroll
- Liaising with internal and external stakeholders on payroll implementation
- Supporting direct report with any payroll queries
- Overseeing the benefits function dealing directly with brokers for benefits renewals
- From time to time being apart of important HR project
