A financial tech management consulting firm are recruiting for a Learning & Development Administrator to join the team. Reporting into the Head of Learning & Development, this role will be responsible for:

  • Managing all logistics around both onsite and virtual training such as booking rooms, zoom invites, room set up
  • Managing all logistics around mentoring programmes including diary management of mentors and mentees, building relationships with mentors, collating feedback
  • Organising 121's with mentors and internal staff
  • Responding to initial queries such as session dates, attendance to training
  • Setting up training events on learning management system and managing bookings/cancellations
  • Booking flights and accommodation for Learning & Development team
