A financial tech management consulting firm are recruiting for a Learning & Development Partner to join their team. Reporting into the Global Head of Learning & Development, this role has a focus on developing the capabilities of the work force whilst ensuring staff have the skills needed to perform.

You will be responsible for:

  • Assessing the technical needs across the business and continuously reviewing the current training offering
  • Building and managing strong relationships internally
  • Managing the apprenticeship programmes and relationships with external providers
  • Delivering financial training
  • Keeping up to date with current industry news and market trends in order to adapt training
  • Organising and running bootcamps globally
  • Acting as a Learning & Development Business Partner
  • Identifying external training partners as needed
  • Evaluating success of learning interventions
  • Designing and delivering soft skills training

As Learning & Development Partner, you will possess:

  • Strong education, ideally to degree level
  • Learning & Development relevant qualifications such as psychometric qualifications
  • Strong Learning & Development experience, within financial services
  • Strong understanding of financial services language i.e. derivatives
