HR Advisor - London

Annapurna HR have been engaged to find a HR Advisor for a leading Global FTSE 250 organisation with a fast-paced, varied business environment.

The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering a full HR operational advisory service to the Operations business division across the entire of the UK. They will work very closely with the HR Business Partners to deliver HR strategy and divisional goals, acting as the first point of contact for all general HR queries.


The Role:

  • Support Divisional HR Business Partners to deliver HR strategy across the business units.
  • Be the first point of contact for all employees and managers HR queries.
  • Assist with all Employee Relations cases including but not limited to disciplinary, grievance, performance management, sickness and absence.
  • Assist the recruitment team where needed to support with UK recruitment.
  • Assist with the annual remuneration, promotion and appraisal processes.
  • Continuous review and improvement of current HR processes and procedures.
  • Oversee the HR Shared Services with creation of contracts and any related paperwork.

Key Skills:

  • Experience working within a HR Advisory position.
  • Knowledge of current employment legislation.
  • Knowledge of HR Service processes and practices.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills and relationship management.
  • CIPD qualification desired.

This is a really fantastic opportunity to be part of a fast-paced organisation and a large HR team, in a position that will gain exposure to many areas of HR.

This role is based in London and paying up to £50,000 DOE + benefits.
