Your new role
We are looking for an experienced learning and development professional for this 6-month fixed term role to provide a high level consultancy and advice on all aspects of our clients current learning and development provision. During this assignment, you will need to complete a full assessment and evaluation of existing learning and development initiatives in place and make recommendations and influence in shaping the new learning and development strategy going forwards. This will involve assessing a number of existing people development programmes, including Leadership and Management development initiatives as well as the online learning offering so that they can enable succession planning for future management and ensure they can attract and retain the very best talent for their business
What you'll need to succeed
We are looking for an experienced L&D professional who can bring with them a proven track record in designing and delivering strategic L&D plans. You will also need to have strong stakeholder management skills and the ability to engage and embed yourself within the organisation.
This role is based in Birmingham with some travel to sites across the UK.
