Internal Communications Business Partner
12 month fixed term contract
Our client is seeking an Internal Communications Business Partner to join their team. It is a really exciting time to join the business as they have transformed as an organisation and implement a new cloud based platform to the business. As the Internal Communications partner you will be accountable for the comms strategy of this new platform from all things from the approach to the delivery of the programme. You will need to be a strong communicator and have previous experience working in change communications and have the ability to interpret technical and operational information to create communication plans and material for the business to support the change,
The role is initially on a 12 month contract and you will deliver across all key partners and groups impacted by the new system.
What will you be doing?
- Develop and maintain positive relationships with the Communications Teams across the business to ensure ongoing understanding of programme activity
- Define key audience groups and create a messaging and channels plan
- Create and maintain core programme communications content
- Support the change and engagement team and the system leadership team in development of key messages , presentations and scripts
In this role you will work closely with the HR Communications Manager and transformation teams in the business.
