Our client, a leader in investment management, are searching for a Compensation & MI Analyst to join their team. Working closely with the Chief Human Resources Officer and the HRBP, you will deliver the annual remuneration cycle and remuneration and benefits related activities, supporting the development and delivery of organisational people related measures, metrics and analytics (including reward) and related insights.

Duties Include

  • Remuneration & Benefits (Support compensation cycle, the annual compensation review, employee communications, bench marking, diversity aligned pay review analysis)
    management of reward analytics, oversee job level framework)
  • Analytics & Insight (Providing SME on people and business data, enhance people dashboards, working with 3rd party outsourced recruitment providers)
  • HR Functional (Oversee tracking and reporting of HR projects and deliverables)

Skills Required

  • Strong knowledge of reward techniques and principles including executive compensation market bench marking and compensation modelling
  • Experience working with HR systems
  • Advanced Excel knowledge (Power BI & VBA)
  • Understanding of remuneration regulations affecting Financial Services desirable
