A leading healthcare services business with a global presence requires a Talent Acquisiton Partner to join their growing team for an intial 12 month contract

The Talent Acquisition Partner takes ownership of their own client area and is responsible for ensuring that resourcing requirements are met, and that there are suitable workforce plans in place to meet business needs. Key responsibilities include:

  • To be the face of Talent Acquisition to your aligned talent segment, managing the intake of vacancies and oversee fulfilment of roles
  • Accountable for full Talent Segment including the 360 process, candidate experience, data and reporting and fulfilment of open vacancies
  • Working closely with talent specialists to ensure the candidate search and process is managed effectively
  • Work closely with the operations, HR business Partners and the forecasting team to drive quarterly workforce planning to influence hiring plans
  • Provide a responsive, positive and value adding end to end service to your stakeholders
  • Manage stakeholders through regular contact, data and analytics
  • Focus on leading retention initiatives
  • Provide resourcing plans and solutions through a consultative approach, aligned to business objectives
  • Accountable for selection methodologies, ensuring the tools in place are fit for purpose and drive quality of hire
  • Oversee live vacancy management
  • Ensure deliverables are within budget and aligned to business objectives
  • Support the Head of Talent Acquisition to shape the Resourcing Strategy for the future
  • Proactively promote the employer brand and culture
  • Own and manage key projects aligned to business requirements


The Talent Acquisition Partner will be/have:

  • Previous experience in a resourcing partner role with a proven track record of success
  • Able to work in a fast paced, changing environment with a drive to support the shaping of a Talent Acquisition function
  • Deep understanding of candidate sourcing methods, technology, optimisation and analytics
  • Proven experience in recruitment focused project management and delivery
  • Knowledge of UK recruitment legislation
  • Commercially acute, driven by data and metrics
  • Understanding of best practice recruitment selection methodology

Job Offer

  • Salary up to £45k plus excellent benefits including bonus potential up to 25% of salary or more
  • Fully remote UK home based role, you could be based anywhere in the UK
