We are working with a great Milton Keynes based business to hire an in house Recruiter on a 6 month FTC with the potential to go permanent. Reporting to the recruitment manager, you will be responsible for hiring on a high volume basis.
As part of a new team, you will be focused on providing an efficient and proactive experience to the business and candidates.
As Recruitment Advisor, you will ensure the business provide a customer-centric recruitment experience and with a proactive approach, you will ensure the business finds the right people for the role.
Suitable candidates will ideally have worked in an in-house role previously and have good knowledge of recruitment legislation.
