Do you have a passion for designing impactful learning solutions?
A leading name in the professional services sector is currently seeking a commercial Learning & Development specialist to help them grow and strengthen their global Digital and Foundation Skills across the organisation. The role is a new hire due to significant growth across the business.
You will be responsible for diagnosing, planning and making each learning solution happen. The business offers a mix of building and buying in learning, so previous experience working with and curating content from large content providers is advantageous.
The role requires someone passionate about L&D, with proven experience across the full cycle of learning design. You'll have a naturally consultative approach and enjoy creating innovative solutions for different stakeholder groups.
The firm is offering flexible working and a hybrid model of home/office working.
