I am looking to hire a seasoned HR Shared Services Manager, reporting into the Head of HR Operations, to initially be responsible for the UK population with a view to broadening this remit to cover EMEA as part of a wider reorganisation alignment strategy across the HR community.
To be considered for this role you will ideally be from a Financial Services background or if outside of sector from a Regulated business environment. You will be experienced in managing a range of transactional services, including ER related activity, as well as being client facing to deliver a high-quality outcome. You will possess a curiosity mindset to refine and deliver on operational process improvement. You must have people leadership experience along with the tenacity and credibility to bring your point of view to the table to influence outcomes.
