EXCITING HR ADVISOR PERMANENT JOB OPPORTUNITY


HR Advisor - permanent job - £33,000 - £35,000 - Dronfield location - hybrid working

Your new company

A well established and growing organisation are looking for a confident and highly motivated HR Professional to join their busy Group HR team.

Your new role
You will provide a high-quality advisory support to the business, supporting the HR Manager and the wider HR team. You will get involved with all people related activities including absence management, employee relations issues including disciplinaries and grievance casework, change management and performance management.

  • Support the HR team
  • Provide advice to colleagues on all aspects of employment terms and conditions
  • Support Line Managers and colleagues during absence, disciplinary, grievance and performance management situations
  • Support the Payroll team with payroll and benefits activities
  • Support the Learning & Development team with learning and development activities as appropriate
  • Support any change management projects
  • Support the Payroll team with payroll and benefits activities

  • Ensure that compliance, legal and regulatory requirements are fully met


What you'll need to succeed
You will have previous experience working at a HR Advisor level and be able to build and maintain excellent working relationships. You will have strong communication skills and work well as part of a team.

  • Experience of working in a HR Advisor role
  • Able to give clear examples of working with projects
  • Able to interpret company policies and procedures to ensure Company's legal obligations are met and in line with HR best practice.
  • Able to provide excellent HR customer service using strong employment law knowledge.
  • Able to work to deadlines within a fast-paced environment and with a varied workload.
  • CIPD qualified - level 5 or above.
