HR Advisor

We are working with a leading name in the professional services sector who now have an excellent opportunity for an experienced HR Adviser to join their existing HR team of four for a period of 12 months. Reporting into a HR Business Partner, The ideal candidate will ideally have a background from within a professional services environment.

Our client are a global business who are growing! They boast a number of modern offices across the UK. this role will be split across their Sheffield office and home working in their new hybrid approach to working.
The is a broadly generalist role which will demand candidates to have excellent stakeholder management skills and the proven ability to work positively with senior stakeholders across the business.

Key areas of responsibility will include;
Advice and guidance to managers (all levels)
Disciplinary and Grievance matters
Flexible working requests across the business
Production of reports off the HR system (snowdrop)
Leading on Graduate recruitment - including relationships with external bodies to host event and presentations
HR project work around change and HR initiatives such as well being, and engagement.

You will be a strong team player with an approachable and influential style in order to drive success within this ambitious HR function that operates to high standards. The successful candidate will be CIPD qualified or working toward, and available to start immediately!
