Ashley Kate are pleased to be to be supporting a well-established events management company based in London as they look to recruit a HR Advisor. This is a great opportunity for someone with proven experience and in-depth knowledge of HR.
Salary is circa £25k - £30k
About the role
As part of this role, you will be a self-starter who enjoys a varied role and cares about creating an environment for people to perform at their best
Support line managers with screening and coordinating interviewing for candidates
Manage the entire recruitment process from start to offer and induction
Work closely with the Head of Community Engagement on Diversity and Inclusion initiatives
Ensure all staff have meaningful PDP and encourage staff in delivering the Ways of Working
Liaise with the Finance team to update changes for the monthly payroll submission
Manage the leaver process, undertake exit interviews, produce leaving letters, updating system and update organisational charts.
HR Advisor - About you
Qualified at CIPD Level 5 or above (desirable)
Be able to handle the initial stages of individual and collective consultations efficiently and sensitively
Be confident to handle employee relations issues
Possess people/HR function experience
Liaise and work with Payroll providers
Use HR Systems (such as People HR)
Be able to build and maintain strong relationships at all levels
Be well organised and able to prioritise workloads
Have a flexible working approach
