Description

As the Reward Specialist (FTC) for this company in Reading, you will be able to hit the ground running and manage a number of Reward projects:

  • Development of Group Reward policy.
  • Harmonisation/simplification of benefit schemes within group, including healthcare and pension.
  • Review of current employee benefit provision to ensure relevance & competitiveness in marketplace.
  • Management of scheme renewals.
  • Review/rationalisation of bonus schemes.
  • Management of annual bonus programme.
  • Review of pay related schemes e.g. overtime/on call schemes, car allowance, maternity/paternity.
  • Salary benchmarking.

This role supports full time home/remote working.

Profile

To apply for this Reward Specialist (FTC) role in Reading, you will be able to offer the following profile:

  • Excellent experience managing and developing a suite of Reward projects and offerings.
  • Prior experience of research/analysis of reward, encompassing pay & benefits.
  • Experience of writing concise proposals/recommendations for consideration.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, particularly to explain reward concepts to non-specialists.
  • Excellent Excel & database skills .
  • Be available at short notice and happy to commit to an FTC duration of 6 months in the first instance.
