HR Advisor - ER

Morgan Philips are working with a company in central London who are searching for a People Advisor who is Employee Relations focused to join them for a 3 month contract with a view to perm.  The role will initially be on a day rate of up to £230 per day and will start ASAP.

The role of People Advisor will be to provide a comprehensive and professional support and advice to colleagues and line managers on a wide range of People activities to enable organisational areas to meet people related performance objectives and targets. The role works very closely with the People Business Partner, and the People Operations & Experience team, to ensure the smooth functioning of all people activity, and will focus on supporting line managers and colleagues across their allocated client business groups.

This role will:

·         be the first port of call for those looking for more bespoke or individual advice and people support.

·         be an Advocate for all Colleagues

·         manage ER cases per allocated business groups

·         take ownership for the accurate and timely implementation of key cyclical People processes and knowledge areas

·         undertake project work in support of Business Partner activities

·         proactively and positively build relationships with the business and with the People team to develop a brilliant colleague experience

The successful candidate will have ideally 2 to 5 years’ experience in a HR Advisory role and should be at least CIPD Level 5 qualified.  You will have a strong background with Employee Relations and should be comfortable managing your own case load.
