Job Details
An urgent requirement for an HR Generalist to provide cover for the HR Manager of a Multi-Academy Trust, supporting the Head teachers and general teaching population with day to day HR queries.
Must be available to so start ASAP, have experience in the education sector and be able to travel to Slough 3/4 days per week.

A Multi-Academy Trust based overseeing 3 schools in the Slough area.
Description
Supervising 3 HR Administrators and supporting 3 Head teachers, plus a population of circa 300 teaching staff across 3 locations.
Dealing with day to day HR issues ranging from sensitive ER cases to recruitment to payroll.
Profile
