Morgan Philips are currently hiring for a Deputy Head of Employee Relations, initially on a 6 month FTC, for a great client based in Bedfordshire. This is a predominantly home based role managing an Employee Relations service and being responsible for the champion of best practice HR, influencing key business decisions to ensure the effective management and utilisation of staff; this will include the coaching, support, mentoring, training and developing of managers capability in HR policy and practice.
You will have an enthusiastic, positive and collaborative approach with a keen eye for detail. You will be a highly effective influencer and relationship builder with high levels of resilience. You will be MCIPD qualified and have a significant knowledge of UK Employment Law and relevant policies, with a strong background in their application. You will need significant experience of the Employment Tribunal process and ACAS conciliation. You will also be highly experienced in successfully managing teams and projects.
