This role will manage the Recruitment activities of UK & Europe Office; attracting and engaging with the best talent in the market at an optimum cost to enable the business to meet its objectives.

Recruitment Partner - digital marketing / e-commerce space - remote and office working - FMCG - Chertsey and London

Improve the way we source attract and retain digital professionals

Be the go to for online sourcing expertise

Support with developing and implementing effective resourcing strategies to include employer branding, attraction, diversity, talent/skills pipelining and emerging talent to meet the needs of the business;

Develop and motivate the recruitment team to drive high engagement and effective delivery of resourcing activity;

Support in defining the strategy for external recruitment agencies and executive recruitment partners, ensuring appropriate service levels and terms and conditions are negotiated, maintained and renewed when appropriate;

Develop plans to attract scarce and critical staff, including succession gaps, within the brand and build talent pools as required;

Work with line managers and HR Business Partners (HRBPs) to establish resourcing requirements and respond accordingly;

Management of end to end resourcing process (attraction and selection strategy and delivery through to hire and aftercare), continuously working to improve the hiring manager and candidate experience and quality of hire, including:

Work with the HRBPs to ensure relevant approvals are obtained

Draft and place adverts in wide range of media

Source candidates using multiple, cost effective channels, utilising direct attraction methods and job boards to build a candidate pipeline/talent pool

Manage pre-screening of CVs to identify suitable candidates that match the business requirements

Conduct interviews where required

Manage psychometric testing and assessment as required

Maintain contact with candidates throughout the process (to include briefing of role profile, salary, benefits, outcome, next steps)

Ensure candidates, successful and unsuccessful, have a great candidate experience

Utilise recruitment technologies to provide reporting on recruitment metrics, trends and themes for escalation/opportunities for improvement;

Maintain a broad business understanding in order to identify suitable quality candidates who can contribute to the future growth and success of;

Advise, coach and develop hiring managers on the recruitment policies, tools, processes, interviewing skills and on the most appropriate assessment tools to be used to ensure consistency in recruitment that adheres to best practice, is compliant legally and within policies;

Assist in developing creative ideas and strategies to promote the organisation in the community and actively promote the brand throughout the recruitment process;

Manage external relationships with local third party recruiters;

Organise and participate in job fairs, presentations and other careers events;

Establish, maintain and grow relationships with regional contacts, university/colleges and local professionals;

Support the business in delivering the emerging talent campaigns as required;

Monitor candidate engagement throughout the selection process, identifying concerns and make recommendations for improvements;

Implement a candidate sourcing strategy and consistent recruitment process which delivers cost effective resourcing;

Lead, develop and coach individuals to build high performing teams and create a pipeline of talent.

Profile

Recruitment Partner - digital marketing / e-commerce space - remote and office working - FMCG - Chertsey and London

Experience recruiting Digital/Online/eCommerce professionals, either agency or In-house.

Extensive experience across the full end to end lifecycle of recruitment - plan, source, screen, select and secure - gained within an in house / agency, HR environment or business environment;

Excellent interviewing skills and strong written and verbal communication skills;

An in depth understanding and extensive experience of direct recruitment methods including social media and have an aptitude to use and optimise them;

Advanced web searching skills and recruitment web site utilisation skills;

Results focused, continuously focusing on delivering agreed performance indicators for the recruitment service and striving to continuously source the best talent for the business;

Experience of measuring performance of services against key indicators, determining and then taking appropriate actions to ensure performance remains inline or outperforms these indicators;

Able to demonstrate an up to date awareness of recruitment issues and trends and be able to use this knowledge to shape and influence recruitment activities;

Ability to enthusiastically promote the company to potential employees.

The following qualities/experience are desirable:

Experience of interpreting psychometric test results and supporting managers in interpreting and understanding their implications

Proven technology industry recruitment experience
